From product to solution

It is rare that a costumer just buys an IT product.

 

Whether you are responsible for an internal IT department or in a vendor company, you must be able to clarify value for the costumer.

 

Are you able to point out value for the costumer – in his language and deliver a complete solution, or are you and your company/department stuck in product thinking?
