360° Situations overview
You have to measure to run your organization/company.
Maybe you have tons of measures and Key Performance Indicators but have difficulties in finding the most important.
Maybe you have only economic measures or some old KPI’s that are useless.
Do you have a solid picture of customer satisfaction, quality, employees’ satisfaction, competitors’ strength/weaknesses and relevant economic figures?
You get what you measure, so be careful with measures and KPI’s. The definition has to be made with great care and better have a few than a lot you do not use anyway.
